The Boxabl mission is to significantly lower the cost of homeownership for everyone. Obsessively designed to the highest standards of quality, strength, and sustainability to last for generations.
We originally came up with the folding house idea after our founder built a modular house and saw all the problems with modular construction. He realized that the shipping issue was stopping factory-built housing from taking market share because it was very expensive.
So he patented the folding design and after that, we started doing R&D and engineering to figure out the rest of our building system including all new building materials that are more compatible with factory automation and assembly lines.
Boxabls are made from steel, concrete and EPS foam. These are building materials that don’t degrade and will last a lifetime. The walls, floor, and roof are structurally laminated panels that are much stronger than the average building.
Right now we will build them at a rate of one per day in our factory, and they take only an hour to set up on-site all floor.
The house arrives on-site fully finished which means that not only does it ship 8 1/2 feet wide and unpack to 20 feet wide but it also includes kitchen, bathroom and more, so it’s just one hour set up and it’s ready to use.
Our Kaseeta price includes the kitchen, bathroom, electrical, air-conditioning, washer, dryer, refrigerator, and more.
The price of the Kaseeta is $50,000 delivered to the surrounding states of Nevada.
Soon we will announce more larger size room modules were different interior configurations and better and lower pricing. Right now the Kaseeta is 20’ x 20,’ but we will build remodels up to 20’ x 80’ in the future.
